Adult dance and fitness classes at
TDC are a great way to tone up or brush up on your old moves in an
atmosphere that is fun and social. Look for cardio and sculpting classes
such as Cardio Pilates, Pilates Mat, Pilates on the Ball, Zumba and Boot

Instructor: Janet First class March 24, last class June 16. No class April 21. Improve your posture and strengthen your back and core. Cardio Pilates will help reduce your stress level using a combination of cardio and Pilates toning. Suitable for all fitness levels as all the activities can be modified to suit the participants’ current fitness level. Bring Yoga mat and resistance band. |
